Send us a photograph and we paint it — same faces, same poses, same people standing where they stood. If it does not look like them, you do not pay.

  2. Step twoEvery face is checked against yours

    Before a portrait is released, it is compared against your photograph and the people in it are counted. If anyone is missing, changed or wrong, it does not go out and you are not charged.

    Yours to print. Changes included if it is not right.

Portraits are painted by a computer. We say so here because you should hear it from us first, not notice it yourself.
