Short, because there is not much to agree to.

What we do

You send us a photograph. We paint it in the style you choose, keeping the same people in the same arrangement. Every portrait is checked against your photograph before it reaches you — the people in it are identified and counted, and one that fails that check is not sent.

It looks like them, or you do not pay

If the portrait does not show the people in your photograph, you are refunded. You do not need to argue the point with us — if you say it is not them, that is enough. Ask within 30 days of delivery.

Changes

A portrait comes with up to three revisions. Tell us what is wrong and we will paint it again.

What you are confirming

That the photographs are yours to use, and that you are the parent or guardian of any child in them. You keep the rights to your photograph. You own the portrait we make from it and may print it, frame it, and give it away.

What we will not do

We will not use your photographs or your portrait to advertise this service, or show them to anybody outside the review described in Your photographs, without asking you first.
